Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship Australia-wide from Perth, WA. Standard delivery is $11 and express delivery is $15. Standard delivery is free for orders of $100 or more. International delivery is not currently available. Your delivery options and final shipping cost are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
We ship from Perth, Western Australia. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and the service selected. Express delivery relates to the delivery service and does not guarantee immediate dispatch.
What are your candles made from?
Dorothy and Emmanuelle are scented soy wax candles with wooden wicks in decorative glass vessels. Each candle offers 55–70 hours of burn time when cared for correctly. Visit our Candle Care & FAQs page for burning and safety instructions.
Can I return a candle if I change my mind?
Contact hello@houseofmisssparkle.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange a change-of-mind return. Your candle must be unused and unlit, in its original packaging, with the product and packaging in good condition. Please contact us before sending it back. These conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not limit your rights for faulty products. Read our Delivery & Returns policy for details.
What if my candle arrives damaged or faulty?
Email hello@houseofmisssparkle.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the candle and packaging where possible. Keep the packaging, and stop using a candle that appears faulty or unsafe. We offer a one-year warranty for manufacturing faults, in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
